Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost
Domestic (United States): Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time via our Track My Order page at aurichobby.com.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow the same shipping policy as in-stock items. Processing and shipping timelines begin once the item becomes available and is ready to dispatch. You will be notified by email when your pre-order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Auric Hobby ships internationally from Aurora, Colorado, United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
