Wholesale at Auric Hobby

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Auric Hobby. We welcome wholesale inquiries from legitimate hobby retailers, card shops, online resellers, and businesses looking to carry our products or purchase in bulk. This page outlines our wholesale program, eligibility requirements, and how to get started.

Who Can Apply

Our wholesale program is open to:

Brick-and-mortar hobby and card shops
Online retailers and resellers operating an established storefront
Gaming and collectibles stores
Event organizers and tournament suppliers
Other businesses with a legitimate need for bulk hobby product purchasing

We review all wholesale applications individually. Approval is at the sole discretion of Auric Hobby.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a wholesale account, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a valid business license or equivalent business registration in your state or country
Provide a valid Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate (US applicants)
Operate an established retail or online storefront (minimum 3 months in operation preferred)
Agree to all terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy
Not resell products in a manner that violates manufacturer guidelines or distribution agreements

How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account, please send an email to support@aurichobby.com with the subject line “Wholesale Inquiry” and include the following information:

Your full name and business name
Business website or storefront URL (if applicable)
Your business address and contact information
A brief description of your business and how you plan to use our products
Copy of your business license or registration
Copy of your Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate (US applicants)
Estimated monthly order volume

Our team will review your application and respond within 3–5 business days.

Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale orders are subject to the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
A minimum order value of $500 USD is required per wholesale order.

Reorder Minimum
Subsequent reorders carry a minimum order value of $300 USD.

These minimums may be adjusted over time as our wholesale program grows. Approved wholesale partners will be notified of any changes in advance.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesale partners receive access to discounted pricing on eligible products. Wholesale pricing is provided directly to approved partners upon acceptance into the program and is not published publicly.

Wholesale pricing is tiered based on order volume:

Standard Wholesale: Available to all approved partners
Premium Wholesale: Available to partners with consistent monthly order volumes — details provided upon application review

Wholesale prices are subject to change based on market conditions, product availability, and distributor pricing. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes to active wholesale partners.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase
We accept the same payment methods as our retail store: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed through Stripe
Net payment terms (Net 15, Net 30) may be considered for established partners with a proven order history — please inquire when applying
All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

Shipping & Processing

Wholesale orders follow the same shipping framework as retail orders with the following notes:

Wholesale orders are processed within 3–5 business days depending on order size and product availability.

Shipping Time

Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs
Wholesale shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs will be provided in your order invoice prior to dispatch.

Free shipping is not automatically applied to wholesale orders. Domestic wholesale orders over $1,000 USD may qualify for free shipping — please inquire for details.

Shipping Carriers
We ship wholesale orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For large orders, freight shipping options may be available upon request.

Product Availability

Wholesale product availability is subject to our current inventory and distributor allocations. Popular products such as Pokémon hobby boxes, Panini releases, and Prizm sets may have limited wholesale availability during high-demand periods.

We recommend placing wholesale orders well in advance of release dates to secure allocation. Pre-orders are available to wholesale partners under the same terms as our retail Pre-Order Policy.

Resale Guidelines

Approved wholesale partners agree to the following resale guidelines:

Products must be resold as-is and factory sealed — resealing, tampering, or altering products in any way is strictly prohibited
Products may not be resold on platforms or in markets that violate manufacturer distribution agreements
Wholesale partners may not represent themselves as an official distributor or authorized dealer of Pokémon, Panini, Prizm, or any other brand carried by Auric Hobby unless separately authorized by those brands
Auric Hobby reserves the right to terminate wholesale agreements with partners found to be in violation of these guidelines

Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to a modified return policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, factory sealed products only
Wholesale returns must be pre-authorized by our team — contact support@aurichobby.com before shipping any return
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
Return shipping costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

Termination of Wholesale Account

Auric Hobby reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Violation of resale guidelines
Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation during the application process
Consistent failure to meet minimum order requirements
Conduct that is harmful to Auric Hobby’s reputation or business relationships

Wholesale partners may also terminate their account at any time by notifying us in writing at support@aurichobby.com.

Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, terms, and any proprietary business information shared between Auric Hobby and wholesale partners is considered confidential. Partners agree not to disclose wholesale pricing or terms to third parties without prior written consent from Auric Hobby.

Changes to This Policy

Auric Hobby reserves the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Active wholesale partners will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued participation in the wholesale program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
